Recently, I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery on my right shoulder. A year previously, I had right knee replacement surgery. Essentially I "lost" two years of working out and regular exercise. After completing my shoulder physical therapy at Flaherty, I started working with Luke. He has helped me develop a comprehensive "get back in shape" plan, built around continuing to strengthen my right shoulder and strengthening my core/back and legs. Luke's eagle eye makes sure I'm using proper form/technique. He understands my surgery/PT history, carefully monitoring how my knee and shoulder are doing/feeling during each session. At the same time, he encourages me to incrementally push myself. A bonus is I can do the exercises at the universal at our apartment complex fitness center! I'm looking forward to continuing working with Luke as I slowly but surly get back into shape!

0I am so happy that the Flaherty/Flex program is available for me. Luke is a pleasure to work with , a true teacher . I so enjoy his explanations concerning the anatomy , muscle function and how the stretching enables the body to strengthen. I look forward to my time with him and also the improvements in my daily activities, bending, reaching, and turning.

I've been going to Flaherty Flex for assisted stretching and recovery support, and I highly recommend it. Luke is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and takes a thoughtful, methodical approach to stretching. He performs measurements before and after each session, and I consistently leave with improved mobility and, more importantly, feeling much better overall. The Hypervolt compression wraps have also been a great help, especially for soothing sore muscles and aiding recovery.
