I have been using Nexus pools for almost 3 years and my pool is always sparkly clean! Ethan is currently my pool tech. He always does an amazing job and is very thorough with his follow up notes and pictures. I have had a couple of repairs along the way and communicate with Drew who is also amazing! They are always very responsive whenever I reach out and always take the time to answer any questions and concerns I have. It is so nice as a customer to know that your business is appreciated. They definitely have a great system in place. I went through a couple of other pool maintenance companies when I first got my pool and service was always subpar at best. I had almost given up the hope of finding a reliable service. If you are in the need of a maintenance company, you will not find a better company than Nexus!
