I had little faith that we could improve Ringo’s behavior in 8 sessions but boy was I wrong! While our strong willed pound pup still has his own personality, Robert trained us how to influence Ringo’s behavior and we literally have a different dog after those 8 sessions. Robert was patient with us and encouraged us, showing us over and over again how to get the behavior we wanted from our dog. Half the training honestly was Robert training US! If you are committed and put in even just a little time each day following the notes Robert sends after each class, you will be amazed at the results. Chloe was great as well… a newer trainer that attended each session with Robert. Ringo was very reactive with other dogs and I appreciated that Robert and Chloe would bring their own sweet pups to help overcome some of that undesirable behavior. I cannot recommend Robert and Chloe enough! If you want well trained dogs AND want to be a well trained dog owner, this is definitely the way to go. Worth every penny!! Less

I was nervous about moving into a smaller environment with my Rottie, especially around other people and dogs. He’s playful but also fearful, which can sometimes make him seem aggressive and lead to issues. We recently finished training with Robert. 13 years ago we trained 2 other dogs through Lorenzo's. When we got our new puppy, we felt confident that we wanted to train her through Lorenzo's as well. We had the pleasure of working with Robert for our dog Bonnie. Before training Bonnie was a bit skittish and had some separation anxiety. After training, she is now much more confident and her anxiety has decreased significantly. She now consistently does what is asked of her and impresses us and others with her behavior. Robert didn't magically make Bonnie well behaved but he gave us all the information and help we needed and was always available to be reached when we had questions or concerns.
