We called him, and within two weeks Craig was showing us homes in a few of the areas in Santa Fe that were in our price point; by the end of the week we had an accepted offer, and in less than a month we were home owners.Craig provided a level of sincere care and attention. Our calls, texts, and emails were promptly answered. It truly felt as though we had a personal real estate concierge. His expertise and guidance in securing a home inspector, as well as providing a list of trades people to assist with tasks before and after the closing, expedited the whole process. We toured over 50 homes and met so many different agents, so many of which seems like they just wanted to get a sale and not truly be there to support you through what is such a stressful and huge life decision. And Craig turned out to be our favorite realtor in Santa Fe, he's been here for over a decade and knows the area and market so well. He has continued to help us well after we closed on the house by setting up appointments, contacting the HOA for us, and setting us up with technicians we will need for regular home maintenance in the future. We could not recommend someone more for buying/selling a house here in New Mexico!
