5 stars is insufficient!!! We were introduced to Craig Cunningham via friends who spoke highly of him after finding their homes with his expertise. He is an exceptional real estate broker and knows Santa Fe and the surrounding area market deeply, while staying abreast of trends and property nuances. His approachability, followup, professionalism and genuine desire in finding a home to fit our unique needs makes him stand out above all others. He is authentic and easy-to-work with making the entire process feel seamless. Craig has been the Best!

I have worked with many realtors but Craig is absolutely the best. He has worked with many of my friends who referred him to me. I am so very glad. He is knowledgeable about the market, real-estate rules and regs and has many contacts for mortgages and other buy/sell necessaries. He is a pleasure to work with, very professional and lots of fun!

Craig was awesome! Our sale was a difficult experience but Craig stayed calm and level headed, even when I wasn't and saw it through to the closing. I'm so glad we chose him to represent us.

Keeps running Ai ads that misrepresent Santa Fe and Zozobra. We don’t need every real estate agent in town running ad campaigns made by Ai while we face water issues and brush fire. Just stop with the redundant spam and waste.

It was a pleasure working with Craig on the real estate transaction. He represented the sellers, but genuinely cared about making sure everyone involved walked away satisfied. He worked hard to protect his clients’ interests while also understanding what my buyers needed to make the deal work.I was especially impressed by the way Craig handled some complicated HOA issues. His respectful, pragmatic approach helped resolve problems that could easily have derailed the transaction.I really enjoyed working with Craig. He is professional, solution-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond to get a deal to the finish line. I would be very happy to work with him again.

He has been so easy to work with, always answers calls, texts, and emails promptly. The whole process of buying our new home has been a breeze! Thank you, Craig!

We just bought the perfect home with Craig's help. He was amazing to work with -- very responsive (at anytime of day or night), listened to our input, addressed all of our many concerns and questions, and continued to be very helpful after the sale!

In researching Santa Fe and then more specifically real estate, we discovered Craig's concise, thematic YouTube channel (craigsellssantafe) series. We called him, and within two weeks Craig was showing us homes in a few of the areas in Santa Fe that were in our price point; by the end of the week we had an accepted offer, and in less than a month we were home owners.Craig provided a level of sincere care and attention. Our calls, texts, and emails were promptly answered. It truly felt as though we had a personal real estate concierge. His expertise and guidance in securing a home inspector, as well as providing a list of trades people to assist with tasks before and after the closing, expedited the whole process. This resulted in a clear picture of the home we were buying. Craig is the very best one could hope for in a real estate agent. We feel so lucky to have found him.

We toured over 50 homes and met so many different agents, so many of which seems like they just wanted to get a sale and not truly be there to support you through what is such a stressful and huge life decision. And Craig turned out to be our favorite realtor in Santa Fe, he's been here for over a decade and knows the area and market so well. He has continued to help us well after we closed on the house by setting up appointments, contacting the HOA for us, and setting us up with technicians we will need for regular home maintenance in the future. We could not recommend someone more for buying/selling a house here in New Mexico!

Just called Craig to ask some questions about a property and he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, we will definitely use him when we decide to buy.

We met Craig at the open house of the home we ended up purchasing and he could not have made our first time buying experience better. He was available at anytime of the day to continue working to make sure all parties were satisfied and even went above and beyond with gifts to help us furnish our new place. If you are looking for someone to help you buy or sell a house in Santa Fe absolutely choose Craig!!

Craig was great to work with. He was very proactive about creating attractive literature and setting up open houses. He showed a good understanding of the Santa Fe market, which helped us to set a price that minimized the time-to-sell. He also had lots of local contacts that helped with all the small fixes etc that the inspection called out. All in all, it was a pleasant experience; and we would recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy/sell a house.

Craig was part of the process when I purchased my first home, and I chose to work with him again for my recent home purchase. He is highly responsive and consistently timely, which made the entire process smoother and far less stressful. He followed up quickly on questions, provided clear updates, and ensured every step stayed on track. He respected every question and concern I had about different houses and price points. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood each home and the surrounding neighborhood. His knowledge of the Santa Fe market—as well as broader national trends—was incredibly helpful in determining a competitive and appropriate offer. He also took the time to verify confusing information with the title company and kept me updated throughout. The inspection company he recommended was thorough, and the professionals he connected me with for minor repairs were all high‑quality and reasonably priced. Even after closing, Craig checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Craig and Adam went above and beyond to get my property in Santa Fe sold. We had already moved out of state, so we needed a lot of help getting it sold. They assisted us in staging the property and very quickly got the place sold in a down market in the month of December. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I highly recommend this very professional real estate team!

Coming from the East Coast, the Santa Fe real estate market was very different than what I am accustomed to in terms of the way homes are built and what to watch out for in terms of quality of construction and general condition of the homes. He knows the market well and was able to negotiate great price for us and was incredibly responsive every time we reached out -- and he was also very proactive. Thanks Craig!!
