I’ve tried normal therapy in the past but it didn’t work. This is a healing I’ve never experienced. This is a life style change I needed in my life. I’ve grown more in four weeks than the last five years. I can’t thank Amy and her team enough. This 4 week challenge has been a blessing. This has given me tools in my life to have joy, confidence and know I can control the outcome of any decision going forward. Thank you for my life back. 🫶🏼

I’ve been really enjoying my breathwork sessions so far. The environment is always friendly, welcoming, and calming, which makes it easy to relax and fully immerse myself in the experience. Each session leaves me feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected.One thing I would love to see in the future is more affordable options or shorter breathwork programs. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience that I recommend everyone to try!

I am now in my second week of 9D Breathwork with Breathwork Ambassadors and I am absolutely blown away by the depth of this work. What Amy and Stephanie provide here is simply sensational.9D Breathwork is so much more than just "breathing." It is an incredibly powerful process that reaches deep into the subconscious, deeper than any other method I have experienced so far. I wasn’t sure how much this would help me, but it has helped my anxiety and grief within a week. It is exactly what I was looking for. Training my mind to help process past trauma is exactly what I needed. Many people would really benefit from this.

I signed up for the Breath Challenge and we are currently in week 2. This innerhealing work has been profound and enjoyable. Amy has designed a very wonderful safe space to journey into joy, freedom, and new beginnings. Each day I can feel the walls that I couldn’t break through exhausting efforts begin to soften and crumble. I’m very excited to experience what is ahead!

I attended a free open public session and I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely loved the session. In that short amount of time I experienced so much. The whole session was about breathing but it opened up so much more. I highly recommend contacting Breath Ambassadors, I know I will certainly be going back!
