This place is truly transformative! Amy is such a wonderful, caring, comforting and patient instructor. Even though we are in a group setting, you still feel like you are receiving completely undivided attention from her. I am in awe of this place. I have travelled around for a few different breathwork sessions before I knew about Amy’s Breath Ambassadors. When I walk into this space she created, I immediately feel a deep sense of relaxation and trust. Amy is an angel and so genuine. She and her team lovingly and compassionately hold space for each and every one of their clients. The embodiment program is such a potent journey inside yourself - releasing trapped trauma, old emotions, and limiting beliefs, and filling you up with all the loving and supportive energy that you have always deserved and will always deserve. If you are on a healing or self-improvement journey, I can’t recommend this enough. Breathwork is such a remarkably fast and effective modality for healing, and Amy’s space and program is special in a way that I don’t have words for yet.
