I've used Five Star Moving five (5) times total for all of my moving & relocation needs. My latest move was relocating from Clovis, CA to San Diego, CA and, as always everything was smooth & stress free. The two gentleman scheduled for my move were Adam & Oscar and they were phenomenal. Adam and I remembered one another from a year & a half prior since my last move. I'll once again give Five Star Moving a Five Star review! They're all a pleasure to work with!! I'd also like to give a shout out to Nicole! She & I have become friends over these last five years due our repeat business together! Nicole is the BEST! She's professional, kind and literally one of the most genuine, kindest, sweetest lady's I've ever had the pleasure of working with.....in my life! Nicole has helped me and my husband out of several time sensitive binds over the years and was able to help us schedule last minute jobs when I thought no one else could! I can't say enough kind things about my move yesterday using Five Star Movers. From the first point of contact a few months ago to my actual moving day yesterday July 6th, I am soooo happy, I had Richard, Tim and Oscar and talk about honest, kind, clean, funny, strong work ethics and fast they had it all.I can write pages of the wonderful experiences I had with them, but you need to call them for yourself. I will refer them to everyone in need of movers and I personally will use them again. They are on time. .they were prepared...pricing is competitive ...I really liked the way they wrapped each piece separately ,secured in the truck ..ours was a small load but it was a 2 day transition ..pick up at another address transport next day to shaver lake ...best we have ever used...I will use them again...you will not be disappointed

They did a great job packing and moving me. Very professional and efficient team. My furniture isn't expensive or all that nice, but they prepared and handled everything with care. They ensured everything was padded, wrapped, and secured in the truck. When unloading, they ensured everything was where it belonged and assisted with anything I needed for unpacking and reassembling. Also, did all this at a great price! Definitely will recommend to anyone! Moved from Fresno to Patterson. Thank you Five Star Moving.

These people did a fantastic job! They worked with us through everything. When our 1st escrow fell out, they were understanding. On the 2nd escrow they helped every step of the way. Ours was a 2 place move with 2 additional places. They were kind, careful and helpful. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do, and did it all with a good attitude. I would recommend them to everyone. I have had the need to utilize the services of a moving company Quite a few times in my life. Five Star Moving is the best by far. I have been very satisfied with Five Star Moving that I have used them for my last three moves. Five Star is very dependable, professional and most important they are willing to work with you to accommodate your changes, your time schedule and make your move as stress-free as possible. This is a family owned business, which takes pride in their work and makes customer satisfaction a priority. They take care to protect your belongings and do everything possible to complete your move according to your schedule. I have never found anything damaged after my Move has been completed. Bobby and all of the staff members are polite, knowledgeable, and ensure that your equipment and furniture is set up to your standards before they leave. Additionally, their rates are very competitive, in fact, their rates are more reasonable than most moving companies. Overall, Five Star Moving is very Professional, courteous and Dependable. Richard and his crew moved my elderly mother across town, quickly, efficiently, carefully and set her up to feel right at home when she arrived at her new place. Six months later, she decided to move back east. I called Five-Star and Richard again lead the way to pack the 15 foot U-Haul truck. I was amazed at how carefully and snuggly they packed the truck, and how secure the load was. Whether you plan to use them for a local move or to pack you for a cross country move, they are friendly, helpful, quick, careful and experts at secure packing. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them highly.

From Monica on the phones to Rich and the Crew... Five Star Moving is the only group to consider! I was stood up by another group I used previously, despite having a confirmed appointment three weeks in advance and being 'ghosted' by phone and text.Rich and the Crew finished current job and when others might call it a day, they hustled over to load my Pod that was leaving in less than 10 hours! Did it all at a reasonable price!!!I will call them first on all my future transfers as they seems to be fully invested in customer service!

Richard and his crew (Eric, Jose and Adam) were awesome! They were right on time and worked diligently to make sure our things were well wrapped and safe during transport. We had some delicate antique furniture that needed some very special care and they did a great job of getting them all moved safely with no damage.Would definitely recommend this group and will certainly use them for my next move ( hopefully not too soon!)

We were very pleased with the moving team who did a wonderful job moving our furniture from Shaver Lake to Lincoln. Rich, Erik and Jose were hard workers with a sense of humor at the same time. we could not believe how much they moved in a short amount of time. I've used five star three times. Their service is excellent. They always show up right on time. Each move I had was 3.5 hours whether it's 2 men or 3. my last move which was may 22 three guys showed up and it took them two hours just to load up. I felt that was a little too long and that was with the help of me and my son. my son took his bed apart. I took my daughters bed apart to make it easier and quicker. I had them take my bed apar. At the end of the move which was exactly at 3.5 hours, the mover asked if I can handle it from here as far as putting the beds back together. I told him yes just so it wouldn't be a 4-4.5 hour job. But all the other times our beds were taking down and put back together by them within the 3.5 hours. So I was just a little disappointed with this last move.

Best moving company I have worked with! They are very professional and service is outstanding! The movers did an outstanding job moving my belongings. They were very careful and made sure to ask where I would like each item placed. They also had protective covers and wrap to make sure nothing fell on their way to my apt. My money was well spent using this company to move my belongs! I highly recommend and will only use this company for my movings in the future!

Five Star moved, unboxed, and assembled an entire apartment's worth of furniture for my parents--including bed, bed frame, desk, chairs, recliner, tables, dresser, nightstand, AND a very complicated closet unit. They were responsible, careful, and easy to work with. PLUS, they came out on very short notice and accommodated my schedule.Kudos to Richard and his team. And they didn't overcharge. We hired Five star moving for our move from Clovis to Pebble Beach. They were very professional, quick and worked very hard. We have a very steep driveway in Pebble Beach and they moved all our furniture and boxes up and down our driveway. I'm sure they were hurting but they did not complain they were very patient and handled all our belongings with care. For anyone who is thinking about this company for their move, I say hire these guys 100%!

These guys are excellent. Moved very heavy furniture down some tricky stairs, heavy heavy dining table, and lots of other pieces without nicking a thing. Extremely fast and professional. Will recommend to everyone.
