It was during my rescheduled interview that I met Xavier, who was sitting across the table from me asking the questions. At the end of my interview, Xavier told me he saw me, he heard me, and he was going to do everything in his power to help me reach my goals in life during a moment where I truly felt defeated. That promise expanded beyond the program, into life itself! During my time in school, we kept in touch here and there. It was during that time that I learned Xavier had transitioned to the world of Realty. We began the process of talking through buying an apartment vs a home, but COVID hit and that conversation was halted. 4 years later, with my family bouncing back and forth between apartments, I knew Xavier was still going to be my guy! We picked right back up where we left off, and that is where I met Angela as well. As my Fiancée and I spoke with them, they were attentive and truly made our goals their goals as well. They made sure they truly understood what we wanted vs what we needed, and made sure the options they presented reflected those. Angela was extremely organized and communicative in our text group chat, she made sure all of our questions did not go unanswered, and she made sure to check in with us every step of the way to help ease the pressure. Together, they secured us our new home despite us not being the highest offer, simply because of how consistent they were in communicating with the other agent. Together, they helped put my family into a stable and lovely home after years of instability.
