I had a great experience with Eddie, the owner of Mayer Plumbing. He came out to diagnose and repair a water hammer issue on my main water line. Rather than just treating the symptom, he took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and determined that the town’s water meter was likely contributing to it. Eddie contacted the Town of Severance on my behalf, and I was genuinely impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. They quickly coordinated replacing the main water meter, and after everything was completed, the water hammer issue was resolved. Eddie was knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed the right way. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put in that kind of effort for a customer. I highly recommend Mayer Plumbing, and I also want to give a big thank you to the Town of Severance for their outstanding service and responsiveness.

Brandon and Eddie came over quickly after we discovered that a drained and backed up in the basement. They also replaced the hot water heater quickly. Since, we are new to the area they also gave us plenty of recommendations for heating and electricians. 10/10 would recommend.

Eddie responded immediately to resolve my plumbing issues. He was very upfront and transparent. That was the first thing that I was impressed with the way he does business. The second thing was he bid a job off of a flat rate sheet that turned into a nightmare for him and he never tried to up charge me for the major headaches. You would never get a large shop to give any where close to this kind of service. My hat is off to you Eddie, there aren’t many like you around anymore
