I had a great experience with Eddie, the owner of Mayer Plumbing. He came out to diagnose and repair a water hammer issue on my main water line. Rather than just treating the symptom, he took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and determined that the town’s water meter was likely contributing to it. Eddie contacted the Town of Severance on my behalf, and I was genuinely impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. They quickly coordinated replacing the main water meter, and after everything was completed, the water hammer issue was resolved. Eddie was knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed the right way. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put in that kind of effort for a customer. I highly recommend Mayer Plumbing, and I also want to give a big thank you to the Town of Severance for their outstanding service and responsiveness.

Eddie was fantastic! Responded immediately to our emergency with our 24 year old hot water heater. Replaced it that day, very reasonably priced, beautiful work, and set us up with someone for water damage mitigation. We Highly recommend him and his company!
