Update on May 21: Its been a month since I started treatment at SpineWell and I feel much better. I have greater range of motion and less pain. Joe is great adjusting the decompression programs for my cranial and lumber issues. Dr. Hamilton has found methods of spine adjustment that have alleviated my pain and range of motion. This has been a great start to my healing process.Had a great first meeting with Dr. Nathans. Everyone in the office is kind and caring. Dr. Nathans is very professional and detailed in his explanation of the experience I will have at Spinewell. I am very hopeful for a positive healing journey through this treatment.

Spinewell has helped me tremendously in my journey of recovery. When I first started I had shooting pain in my lower back down through my legs due to a protrusion between my L4-L5. Dr Nathan recommended a program of twice per week therapy to include decompression, software and adjustments. I am now able to sleep at night pain free and enjoying activities like golfing without pain. My recovery of working out is now much quicker than prior. I appreciate what Spinewell has been able to do for me and highly recommend them for any one looking for relief without going down the path of surgery

Started treatment nine weeks ago on February 26, 2026. I wasn’t able to bend my ( R) Knee had difficulty doing daily routines. Required assistance dressing because of my (R) leg it felt like I was attached to 10-lbs. of weights. I ran across this soon Facebook advertising Spine Well Disc & Joint, and, I’d became curious so, I call to find out for myself. I was scheduled for an onsite walk-thru visit. I was greeted by the staff and welcomed. The facility is well organized, clean and its atmosphere extremely friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting my Physician on the first encounter. He made time to discuss possible treatments which was to be later determined. On the first day of treatment, I was in excruciating pain and could barely tolerate the procedure. Doctor Thompson assured me that he would be able to help with my recovery. At first I was skeptical only because, I have been living with this condition for quite sometime (years). Since the start of treatment my pain level has gradually subsided. I am now able bend, raise and move much better than when started. Though my treatment is on going, I would honestly say and highly recommend Spine Well Disc & Joint Center of Jacksonville for quality and healing. As treatments continues, I will provide updates of my status; until then, thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Thompson for 10 years. The team and DCs here are amazing and so respectful. They make sure to actually listen to you regarding your concerns and goals with treatment. They're also really thorough at explaining the science and purpose behind each recommended therapy. Even though I moved further away and there are plenty of DC officess near me, I'll continue coming back here. Why would I change when I've already found the best one?

I would not recommend this place to any women.I came in for neck pain while searching for a chiropractor, and my experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I have never been spoken down to the way I was during this visit. The doctor spoke to me in a condescending, almost demeaning tone, asking questions like, “Do you even know what your spine does?” and “Are you just someone who tries to fix things only when you’re in pain?”What was even more concerning were comments that felt completely inappropriate. The doctor told me I needed to bring my husband to the next visit because “men understand this better,” and asked if my husband even cares about my health or if I needed his permission to make an appointment. This was my very first visit, and those statements were shocking and unprofessional.The appointment itself also felt very sales-driven. They take scans and X-rays but do not provide any results during that visit—you are required to come back for a second appointment to review anything, which felt like a tactic to get you back in rather than genuine care.Additionally, I was required to undress and wear a gown for the X-rays. Afterward, the male doctor came into the room to speak with me while I was still in the gown, asking these uncomfortable and inappropriate questions. There was no reason I couldn’t have been allowed to change back into my clothes before that conversation, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.I’ve never felt the need to leave a review like this before, but I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked by the experience.

I came here after a left ankle fracture and open reduction and fixation following a cycling accident. The soft wave treatments were being used with my rehabilitation as an additional treatment to assist mobility and return to my multiple sport activities. The staff and therapy personnel are friendly and wonderful care givers. The treatment plan and assistance in each step of my recovery have been excellent. I would highly recommend anyone looking for therapy to use the facilities that are offered and the therapists that work at a great facility. Left ankle making great progress (picture below).

When I came in to their office, I was not able to lift my right arm and a tingling sensation in my arm. It was in very bad shape however, after treatment, I am able to lift my arm and do my exercise exercises. It has been an amazing experience.

Couldn’t be more pleased with all the services that are offered. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. I have a slight tear of my lateral meniscus, arthritis and inflammation in my left knee.
