I called Pool Whip about a weekly pool service request. They requested pictures of my pool equipment, which I sent right away. We discussed a concern they had but once explained, they said they would email me a proposal the next morning. That was three days ago, and still no email. I have hired another company.

We have used Pool Whip Pros for a few years now and feel like we finally found the right fit for our pool service and equipment needs. Wesley and his team are timely, professional, and honest. They are extremely knowledgeable and always have an answer to our equipment/programming related questions. I can simply send a text and quickly get an answer and prompt service if needed. We purchased a new filtration system through PWP and the whole process was seamless. We have an aging pool and are happy we now have our go to company to help us along the way!

My pool booster pump recently failed, and I needed a second opinion for the warranty company, as they had initially concluded that the issue was due to a secondary failure, which was not correct. Pool Whip Pros came out promptly, thoroughly inspected the system, and provided a detailed and professional assessment.Their expertise was clear from the start, and they explained exactly what went wrong with the pump. Thanks to their honest and thorough evaluation, the warranty company is now covering the repair costs.I then contacted Wesley, and he showed up quickly at a time that suited me best and replaced my booster pump. He provided a detailed explanation and addressed all my questions and concerns.I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right. After trying to work with another pool cleaning service that never showed up, we gave Pool Whip Pros a call and we are SO glad that we did. We have used Pool Whip Pros for seven years and they are AMAZING to work with. Wesley, Paulina and the entire Pool Whip Pros team are kind, courteous and professional. They show up every week and keep our pool looking better than it ever did when we maintained it ourselves and they are affordable. Whatever your pool maintenance needs are, they will exceed your expectations. Wesley, the owner, is always available and responsive when we have questions or need an extra service and Paulina, who runs their office, is a pleasure to work with. If we could give them 10 stars we would. I HIGHLY recommend Pool Whip Pros to anyone who needs a professional and reliable pool service. They are EXCELLENT!

The pool service quality, responsiveness to our concerns, and overall value are all "5 out of 5 stars" for the team at Pool Whip Pros! Wes, the owner, is knowledgeable, kind, and very hands on both with his team and us, as newer clients. The office manager, Paulina, is very friendly, and she helps relay any specific needs we might have with exceptional speed and is always quick to follow-up; billing has been very easy, too, with emailed QuickBooks Invoices, quick online payment set-up, and straightforward line item descriptions for each month's service. We had some particularly odd wifi and pool app connection issues (iAquaLink), and Wes and his team of technicians made knowledgeable and cost-friendly suggestions, and even helped with system troubleshooting within my home network - talk about going above and beyond for a client and quickly fixing a technical / somewhat complicated issue! Again, 5 out of 5 stars here. We've had 2 other pool service companies in the past 5 years, and we gave Wes and his team a try because we just weren't happy with our latest provider and their inconsistency. The whole team at Pool Whip Pros is dependable, nice, and they truly help us understand what's going on with our pool week to week. If you're not happy with your current pool service, I'd highly recommend that you give Wes and his team at Pool Whip Pros a try, as I wish I'd have hired them sooner.

Pool Whips was the most professional pool company I have ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to discuss any questions or issues you may have. I have worked with other companies, and most of the time they are flakey and unwilling to interact. Other companies do the bare minimum. Pool Whips went the extra mile on every aspect of what they were doing for my pool. They are extremely professional, always on time and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! My pool looks amazing and it's all thanks to them. Hire POOL WHIPS you won't regret it.
