He also coordinated really well with our roofer, which made the whole process feel smooth and well managed.The team on site were friendly and professional, and handled everything with care. Access to our place wasn’t the easiest, but they were patient and solution-focused, which we really appreciated.When removing the decramastic roof, they discovered insulfluff and took care of removing this as well, leaving everything very tidy and ready for the new roof to be installed.They also left the site very tidy at the end, which made a big difference. Overall, a smooth process and we’d definitely recommend them to others.

We engaged Lochore Asbestos Specialists to remove a Decramastic Tile roof, super six, ACM baseboard and carry out a thorough clean out out of both underneath the house and the ceiling cavity to prepare for a new colorsteel long run roof and timber baseboard replacement. I would 100% recommend LAS for a number of reasons. Dean has built up many years of experience in this area. He has an excellent clear and concise communication manner. He doesn’t bombard you with information or pressure you with anything which can be overwhelming when it comes to ACM removal. Dean handled the prep and the project by working closely with the roofer. He always gave a sense everything was under control and well managed he kept me updated and informed throughout and the team went above and beyond to safely complete the project.
