They worked with Lowe’s and my home warranty company to overcome some delays. Even came on a weekend to finish job. The price paid was a copay for items not covered by warranty. Very nice guys!

Wonderful service, we used our home warranty and they did not have a company that had a jetter. The problem is we did not have any clean outs at all. Instead of me calling to find a jetter company John mentioned he can put in a clean out in the laundry and clear the clog. We were on a time crunch and they took care of us. Very good people.

I received an email that our home was losing around 10 gallons of water per hour from SAWS and opened a claim through our warranty. Thankfully, this was the company that was dispatched to our home as they were fantastic. They were super quick, professional, and got the job done. If you have a plumbing issue or need something installed, repaired, etc., these guys are honestly fantastic to use! Thanks for coming and will use again!

John and his team at 2nd Opinion are great! Our first experience with them was through our warranty company, and they went above and beyond what we expected, even taking care of issues the warranty didn’t want to cover. We have continued to use them even after dropping the warranty. They are reliable, responsive, and affordable.

Jose from 2nd Opinion Plumbing provided me with excellent service. I had never changed a shower cartridge before. Jose, took the time to explain reasons for failure and the replacement process. Great customer service, patience, and professionalism. This is my second interaction with the company and the great service has been the same. I would recommend them to anyone requiring great plumbing service while providing understanding of your issue and preventive maintenance, without gatekeeping information to help homeowners or renters. Thank you Jose!
