Had termite damage. They replaced the beam in my garage and replaced the broken parts on the ceiling and the wall. Prompt in estimate, inspection, and prompt on getting the work done right and true pricing on the estimate. Always asking if I had and questions or concerns. Honest, affordable, and trustworthy! Cody Metz scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate for renovation of bathrooms and didn't show for the appointment. Many of these so-called "contractors" want your money...have the gall to ask for heavy deposits up-front (before the work is started) And if these "contractors" can't make the meeting...its a simple phone call to cancel or reschedule. Can't trust or recommend anyone that can't show up for a simple appointment.

I highly recommend Cody Metz. He enclosed the lower part of our deck back in Fall of 2025. We had another estimate, but Cody stood out. He really listens to the client’s needs and delivers over and above.We liked him so much and the wonderful job he did on our deck, so we hired him to finish our basement. He took his time and explained every process and steps. He’s very meticulous and kind. I do not usually give 5 stars to just anyone. Cody Metz is trustworthy, and treats your home like his. He’s amazing and we will be working with him on other projects. You cannot go wrong with him.

Our Trex deck needed new support joists because they were heavily damaged due to water and poor installation. Metz Remodeling was the only company out of 5 estimates that was willing to reuse the undamaged Trex decking and handrails. After carefully disassembling the deck, adding additional support, and replacing all the joists the deck is sturdy and doesn't "bounce" when walking on it. This saved me a lot of money since the other estimates had included all new Trex decking because they deemed the boards unusable. I appreciate Metz Remodeling trying to salvage the decking before deciding it was not possible. I would highly recommend Metz for your projects. I am considering using them for some repairs I need to have done at our rental properties.

Had a sill plate on the front of our house go bad. Metz home repair and remodeling came out and jacked up the house, replaced the sill plate, took care of the joist and put a new front band on. Then put all the siding back on the house. Cody and his team are amazing and the best to work with. I recommend them for any of your home needs.
