Alan from Kingstree plumbing was courteous and polite. He replaced a sump pump and replaced some wax rings on some of our toilets. He was very thorough in the explanation of what he did. I would recommend Kingstree and specifically Alan for any plumbing service required.

Have had Joey Sojnocki over the house a couple of times now and he's been great. In both cases, he was able to come same day, diagnose the issue and resolve it. I expected costly replacements when I called and he was able to repair facets and a furnace saving me a bunch of money. Will use them again for sure!

Joey from Kingstree Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish.The communication was outstanding. They gave me a clear arrival window and Joey personally confirmed when he’d be there. He showed up right on time.He was very professional and honest. He first tried to fix our leaking tankless water heater, but unfortunately the heat exchanger was done. He clearly explained two replacement options with no pressure at all. I chose the Rinnai after quickly doing a bit of research.The previous installer’s piping work was quite poor. Joey went above and beyond, treating our home like his own. He took his time and did extremely clean, professional work on all the new lines. I was genuinely in awe when I compared the before and after. The difference in quality was night and day.He cleaned up perfectly after the job and I was incredibly grateful that our hot water was back in working order on the same day when we really needed it.Joey is an outstanding technician and I am extremely happy with his work.Kingstree Plumbing has earned me as customers for life.
