Alan showed up on time, completed an inspection and provided me with several options for repair. He also did a home inspection of all plumbing. When the repair was complete, he reviewed everything and provided some advice on maintaining my appliances. Alan did a fantastic job, went above and beyond by cleaning up the surrounding area that was impacted by the water leak. The owner followed up within an hour to ensure I was satisfied. Alan was great! We called to have someone come look at our leaky toilet — something we thought had been fixed two other times by two separate companies. Alan was able to find the actual problem and fix it. We’re extremely pleased with this company and while I hope we have no plumbing issues in the near future, if we do, we’ll be calling Alan!

My existing water softener was not drawing brine for regeneration. Alan (service expert) came on time and made sure all the lines were clear, but it still would not draw brine. He said the head would have to be replaced for $2700.00 and to install a new one would cost $4400.00 but as a first time customer that would be discounted by 10%. I decided to replace the existing one as if I did the repair I would still have an old water softener. Alan said he could get a new one right away. He and his helper removed the old water softener and installed the new one and filled the brine tank. They hauled away all the old softener equipment. He explained the operation and maintenance of the softener. The work was done quickly and professionally and I would definitely refer Kingstree Plumbing to any of my friends or family.

Joey and Alan were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Joey explained what needed to be done and was honest in doing so. Their work was done well and in a timely manner. They also left the space better organized than whoever installed the original equipment. As we are on a well they replaced our pressure tank and switch, and also replaced our water softener. Would use them again for sure.
