Accidents happen, and I was ok with having one of their crews come out to fix the drywall damage, which was sizable, for free and in exchange I would do some small bathroom updates that I would pay for.Five months later, and after paying everything up front, I still had holes in my drywall. I’ve had to chase their “project manager” for info on when this would start, when things would happen whereas I was always in the loop for the kitchen. There are things for this job that I have paid for that I don’t even know if they have ordered.I was told earlier this week that the last small bits of the job would be complete today and no one bothered to show up or let me know.I am now doing some of the work I paid these jokers for because I can’t keep living like this. I would avoid this company in the future. I am so deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. This is not the same company as a year or even six months ago, so please consider that when reading the older reviews.UPDATE: So, I was notified through google that there was a response to my review. I read it. And immediately understood it to be completely performative. I was a paying customer. Twice. They have all my contact details. They could have called or emailed me but chose instead to merely post here probably hoping I'd not notice but prospective customers would.So I did reach out to them. To his credit, an individual who I believe to be the store manager did reach out after I talked to an employee. I suggested what I believed to be a fair resolution. He said he'd talk to management. These guys were outstanding from initial design to the last screw and beyond. We had our master bathroom and vanity area remodeled, including replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, new tile flooring, cabinets, plumbing and lighting fixtures and counters. Their designer, Miyuki, worked with us to come up with plans and fixture selections to complement and complete our skeletal plans and ideas. How Miyuki knew what we would like we haven’t figured out. They worked to keep our costs down, too. Their work crews, especially Edward, Richard, and Eric, were polite, communicative, flexible, punctual. They cleaned up daily and impacted our living situation in the least way possible during the job. Not to mention their work was excellent. Even the wallpaper design was positioned to best complement the other fixtures. The only glitches were we got a low flow shower head which we didn’t expect. However, that was easily resolved at no cost. (Check Youtube…) And due to a midstream design change we requested, we had to wait a few weeks for some additional drawer handles which they came back to install. Job duration to usability again was about 3 ½ weeks. Less

We couldn't be more happier.It started with design where we spent good couple of weeks reviewing and sharing ideas, looking at the material options inside their extensive show room and outside. To our surprise, the contract value was within our budgets and we were getting far better value than a makeover option we considered with a box store. Along with the contract, they gave us a high level plan of how the project would move - materials procurement to start of work to internal check points & inspections to final walk-thru. They executed the 99% of the project in 75% of the time! The critical success factor was that the crew was dedicated. The crew never changed and they were all-rounders! Amazing guys. They did the demolition to wiring to plumbing to cabinets to backsplash & range hood- everything . Impressive skill sets (& very soft spoken and willing to explain too).
