There are things for this job that I have paid for that I don’t even know if they have ordered.I was told earlier this week that the last small bits of the job would be complete today and no one bothered to show up or let me know.I am now doing some of the work I paid these jokers for because I can’t keep living like this. I would avoid this company in the future. I am so deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. These guys were outstanding from initial design to the last screw and beyond. We had our master bathroom and vanity area remodeled, including replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, new tile flooring, cabinets, plumbing and lighting fixtures and counters. Their designer, Miyuki, worked with us to come up with plans and fixture selections to complement and complete our skeletal plans and ideas. How Miyuki knew what we would like we haven’t figured out. They worked to keep our costs down, too. Their work crews, especially Edward, Richard, and Eric, were polite, communicative, flexible, punctual. They cleaned up daily and impacted our living situation in the least way possible during the job. Not to mention their work was excellent. Even the wallpaper design was positioned to best complement the other fixtures. The only glitches were we got a low flow shower head which we didn’t expect. However, that was easily resolved at no cost. (Check Youtube…) And due to a midstream design change we requested, we had to wait a few weeks for some additional drawer handles which they came back to install. Job duration to usability again was about 3 ½ weeks. Less
