We had a great experience with A+ mold medics! The contractors we worked with were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful every step of the way. I feel like I asked so many questions, but they answered each and every one of them thoroughly and explained how the waterproofing process works on a split level home. If you need waterproofing, A+ mold medics will do you right! For the first time in the 2 years we've lived in this home, we had a heavy rain and NO water came into our basement. On Monday of last week the team began excavating the perimeter of our foundation. The following days were spent applying an external barrier, installing waterproofing material, adding a 3rd sump pump, a new footing drain, backfilling the excavated areas and they even added 3 tons of dirt to our property to remove the downhill slope from the ditch in our front yard to our house. On Friday they covered the entire front yard in bluegrass seed and straw. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the waterproofing service we received! Less

The contractors Frankie and Larry were both extremely knowledgable and understanding of the work we required at the home we recently purchased. The work done inside the home including removing wallpaper, carpeting, painting walls, adding a bathroom, replacing appliances, arranged for fencing to be put in, remodeling an addition and all of the other miscellaneous work that goes along with a rebuild was all done in an expected amount of time and with exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company to handle any of your home repair and building needs. P.S. They also have gone out of their way to assist with further additional needs at both my homes when needed. I then had them redo the floors in my house, a couple cabinets and paint the whole house. It did take a little longer than hoped, but I thought they could just replace the flooring. Well, when they pulled it up a lot was rotten and warped so they informed me and replaced all sub flooring before putting my new nice stuff down. Admittedly there was a small flaw, so I notified Frankie and he had someone come out to fix it. The painting done looked great. I always buy the nice paint so I expected it to look good. My wife had a couple colors that looked the same to me and they got them swapped and painted two whole rooms the wrong colors. All good though because within 48 hours they had it corrected. Honestly this was probably my fault, but he corrected it at no cost. Great service and great work⌠Then I got in a crunch at work and needed a bunch of bathrooms and break rooms remodeled⌠I called 7 contractors and NOONE could get the job done in the time I needed. Frankie sent out someone that day and within 24 hours had started the job. He painted close to 10,000 sqft and carpeted two floors in a few days. It was great. He then replaced 14 cabinet units, sinks, fridges and painted all 14 rooms. Also painted 30 bathrooms. This took several months, but 44 large rooms in a few months was great. He sent someone else out to fix a couple issues a day or two later and BOOM!: problem solved. If you think you can remodel 44 large rooms with 0 issues, you arenât being realistic especially identifying that there is a shortage of skilled labor who even gives a crap. (That gets a little political so donât comment on that). He did a good job on all that, so he is now adding an addition on my house and likely going to add a fence. Did I mention he was ALWAYS cheaper than everyone else? I will update with pictures when complete. Less

He will take advantage of you and you will find yourself having to spend more money taking him to court. 36k for some paint, floors cabinets and appliances that wasnât ordered. They left cigarette butts and screws laying around our yard, we have a 2 year old that will pick that up!
