He greeted us at Terminal C and assisted with our luggage. He also had cold waters waiting for us in our vehicle which was greatly appreciated! We were very pleased with our experience while we were visiting Disney World. Our driver, Scott, was waiting in the baggage area and helped us with our bags. Since we have limited mobility, he brought the car closer for us to avoid walking too much. He was very professional and personable.On our return to the airport, Josh, picked us up right in front of our hotel and we arrived in plenty of time for our flight. He shared with us some of the changes that were happening in FL and welcomed us to return.We definitely will be return customers and shared their info with our daughter in law who is a Disney travel partner.
