The team at Executive Livery Service is first rate. Booking was easy. Communication was timely and thorough. Their price point for what I needed for our trip was the best I could find. I would give their customer service a full 5 stars. They made real time adjustments when our flight was three hours late. That pushed our pick-up time to 1AM! Because of storms there were probably 1000 people looking for a ride from the airport. Our driver met us with an iPad with our name on it, dressed very professionally and was ready to serve. While others were scrambling for transportation our bags were loaded, we all climbed into a cool, comfortable and clean ride and were on our way. Oh, did I mention there were 14 of us from the age of 4-75 and everyone was comfy and happy! Our ride to our hotel was smooth and safe. I also needed to adjust our return pick-up time - almost effortless! Our return trip to the airport was great. Our same driver pulled us up to the curb, unloaded our many bags, and thanked us so we could be on our way. If you are looking for a car service in the Orlando area do yourself a favor and call Executive Livery Service. I will use them again on my next trip without even a second thought.

The BEST! We were greeted at baggage claim by our driver, he helped us with our bags and brought us to the car which was conveniently right outside, his driving skills were flawless and he was very friendly and polite. Likewise on our return trip from the cruise port back to the airport. Executive Livery Service is my go to anytime I am in Orlando. I love these guys and highly recommend.

We recently used your service and wanted to share how positive our experience was. Having used many different transportation companies in the past, Executive Livery is by far the best.Even though our flight was delayed two hours due to mechanical issues, your team stayed in direct contact with us the entire time. By the time we arrived after 11:00 PM, we were exhausted, but Josh made our final journey incredibly relaxing. He met us at baggage claim, directed us to our carousel, collected our bags, and walked us right to the car.Our return trip from the cruise was just as seamless. Despite our tight timeline, the driver was in contact the day before and even arrived ahead of our 6:20 AM departure. Between the excellent communication, the attentiveness of the drivers, and the cold water waiting for us, the service was worth every penny.We have another trip scheduled for next March, and Executive Livery will be our only choice for ground transportation going forward.
