I recently attended Root & Rise run by the amazing Lynn. What was truly fabulous about this event was the level of attunement Lynn showed throughout the day. Her investment in those attending is unparalleled and left me feeling invigorated and simply invincible. Lynn recognises everyone as an individual with unique needs and will tailor her sessions accordingly. Lynn is fantastic at what she does. I love the discussion at the start of sessions. An opportunity to consider what is needed from the session. Lynn always just gets it. Facial reflexology is a whole other level of peace and calm for me but love foot reflexology too and reiki. I walk out feeling lighter and at ease. It seems like Lynn resets my nervous system, supports a process of letting go and when I leave I think “oh this is what it’s like to feel normal”!! Anyone considering sessions will not be disappointed spending time with Lynn.
