Lee Ann was wonderful in helping set this up and responding to all my questions. Jeff, the chef, and his assistant were both amazing! The food was wonderful. They did an excellent job of setting up the table with beautiful flowers, plating the food, and cleaning up. This was our first time having a private chef and the experience was amazing and we can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend.

I regularly attend workshops, trainings, and events for professional development/work meetings here and it is fantastic. The space is bright with a layout that allows for easy large-group presentations as well as small group chats and areas for quiet 1-1 conversations. It's on a quiet side street near downtown Portland, making it easy to get to without dealing with downtown traffic. The best part though is the food - it is absolutely amazing every time and always personalized to whatever the group prefers. I still dream about the little chicken and waffle bites and tiramisu cups!

Grateful Culinary Collaborations, Lee Ann, and the chef team came to my house to prepare three meals for my husband's surprise birthday weekend. Communication was clear and easy beforehand. Onsite, the GCC team was professional, friendly, and prepared exceptional food. The team got to know my family by name and it felt like they were part of the family by the time they left. Hope even gave my young nephew advice about how to explore the possibility of becoming a chef someday.I absolutely plan to hire Lee Ann and Grateful Culinary COllaborations again in the future!

Lee Ann and the chefs on her team were absolutely amazing for our wedding in Bar Harbor. We had 22 guests and they served an incredible 6 course meal with seasonal ingredients. We did a tasting the year prior and updated the menu to fit more of our personal tastes and it came out perfect on our wedding day. We even had a gluten free guest who they accommodated all of her own special plates (even for cocktail hour) and vegetarians as well. Everyone said the food was wonderful and it was such an great experience- highly recommend!

She and her team created a menu that perfectly reflected my daughter’s vision, and everyone agreed it was phenomenal.What truly set Lee Ann apart was her personal touch and kindness. She went out of her way to ensure my daughter’s favorite dessert—ice cream sundaes—was on the menu, even calling me personally to confirm the flavors. The chefs also showed their creativity by suggesting that, along with the passed appetizers, we serve chicken and waffles to honor our Southern roots and mini Reuben pinwheels for our Irish side during the cocktail hour. Both were a hit—delicious and fun!That level of care, creativity, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. Lee Ann and her team at Grateful Culinary Collaborations catered our wedding on 10/13/2025 and they were AMAZING! The food was delicious (which we already knew thanks to their trial date with us, for which we were allowed to invite our parents). Their staff was friendly and welcoming while serving appetizers during cocktail hour. We had a buffet style dinner and had surprise rainy weather. Lee Ann and her team were able to flawlessly adjust to prepare, serve, and clear appetizers, main courses, and desserts. We received so many compliments from guests about how good the food was! It was so easy and enjoyable to work with everyone at Grateful Culinary Collaborations—stress-free, she kept in contact throughout all of the planning and made payment schedules flexible and easy… I could go on and on. I e can’t wait to host another event with Lee Ann and her team. They made our day!

We had Grateful Culinary Collaborations cater our small wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t say enough great things about working with everyone from the company. Lee Ann was awesome to work with and made the whole process so simple and easy. We had the pleasure of having chef Ned and James cater our wedding and they were both so great! They were so accommodating and really went above and beyond to help make our day so special! The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it! They even packaged all the leftovers and cleaned the kitchen before they left. It was truly a great experience working with Grateful Culinary Collaborations and definitely recommend them!

Lee Ann and team catered my wedding in early Oct, 2025. We had originally booked with Delicious Thymes catering that was dissolved and turned into GCC. The food and service at the wedding was great. Guests raved about the passed apps and the dinner. I had requested all items be gluten free due to my allergy and they did a solid job handling that. We also used their bar services and the bartenders were outstanding! The communication leading up the event wasn’t great, unfortunately, when I had questions I often had to wait up to week to hear back, and when we had scheduled the first meeting with the bartender, the lead bartender didn’t show and we had to reschedule.They showed up on time, delivered what was promised, and the guests were happy.
