Location was important to us (western side of the city), as well as a home which had character with the potential to do personalized projects on in the future. In the very fast moving market we were able to tour a number of homes to get a feel for what was typical. Bryan sent us homes arriving on the market in the real estate database and always made time after business hours to look at the homes. Bryan gave us appropriate counsel on prices of the homes we were interested in. In the end, we got our second offer accepted and helped us through the entire process/recommended great resources for financing, inspection, appraisal, and closing of the purchase.
