Otto and his team installed our saltless water treatment system in one day. Enduring all of my questions with patience and a smile. He had to return the next day to address a very small leak. He addressed it quickly and left us with our system. The system has been working flawlessly since that time.The saltless water treatment system results in water that feels like soft water with the additional benefit that contaminants are filtered out while retaining beneficial minerals. We enjoy the feel of the treated water. We are looking forward to enjoying this system for many years in the future.
