We’ve only used Elevate once but we’re very impressed thus far! We had to reschedule more than once but were never made to feel bad about it. (In fact quite the opposite as they were very understanding and empathetic!) When we finally had someone over to service our system for the first time he was very punctual, informative, and courteous, honored our coupon, and did a great job! He answered all our many questions, was very detailed, and even followed up with an email suggesting a product we could install ourselves after discussing our request with the owner.He then went above and beyond but I don’t want to be specific because I wouldn’t want anyone to expect that level of service every single time - I certainly didn’t expect it!

Chase and his team were fantastic to work with. Chase is knowledgeable, professional, and patient, not to mention punctual. He helped my parents replace their original furnace with a high efficiency heat pump and they couldn't be happier with the unit he helped them pick-out and with Chase's level of customer service. Elevate Heating & Cooling provided excellent service from beginning to end in replacing my 19 year old non-functioning furnace. Thomas diagnosed the problem, Michael wrote up the proposal, and Kenny and Brian installed the new one. All of these men were efficient and knowledgeable in doing their jobs and were also most considerate and thoughtful in helping with my predicament. I felt that pricing was fair. Various options were presented, and no pressure was ever applied in influencing the choices I made. Excellent service.
