Everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service.The technicians, Garmen and David, were exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great attitude throughout the entire job. They took the time to explain the process and worked very hard to achieve the best possible results.When they finished, It was fresh, clean, and dry. There were a few stains that couldn't be completely removed, but that was because of the age and condition of my carpet—not because of their work. They did everything they could, and I truly appreciated their honesty and effort.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. I have worked with them before and I have always been very happy with the result. I am an out-of-state property owner and so you have to really trust who’s going into your property since you’re not there to oversee anything. They’ve always been great! My tenant really left the carpeting in a real mess because he evidently turned off the electricity and didn’t even vacuum or anything and they really helped me out, big-time. Highly recommend.

I could only say it was an exceptional job well done. I’ve never used this company before before, but I will continue to use them for they were able to remove the stains and make the carpet look amazingly clean. The technicians were awesome. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but they did a fantastic job and they were friendly and kind. I have used other companies With a brand name. You know the yellow van and there does not meet up to your standards. Thank you again.

Carpet Cleaning Grooup recently cleaned my area rugs and did a fantastic job. Not only are the rugs very clean, they are very good with their communications and always show up on time for both pick up and drop off. Special shout out to the techs Volodia and Jose - they were fantastic and super helpful. I have used this company many times and will continue to do so in the future.

I have been using Carpet Cleaning Group for a little over 10 years. I hired them right after I moved into my house because the basement carpet was just beyond. It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new.I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave.Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don’t use that often – to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim – but again – looks fabulous.Can’t recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.
