Nicholas came to meet my wife and I, was very positive about selling our house and was confident he would sell it at our asking price.Nicholas strongly recommended that we declutter as we were living in our house through any sale. We did it several times throughout the process to get where he wanted us to be. In fact we received an offer from the first prospective buyers to come into our home. That offer was above asking.
