Definitely not the kind of company I want to promote or have work done for me. They could build Noah’s Ark but if you don’t show compassion for the whole community, thats a no from me. Choose your contractor carefully! The last company built the same deck 2 years ago. It looked okay initially, but began to fail within 6 months. He was nowhere to be found and was laughing at me all the way to the bank. Fast forward.... Drew was not the cheapest out there, but he was honest, forthright, and above all, truly cared about my project. He took the time to listen to what I really wanted. He collaborated with me on the design, and not only did he exceed my expectations, but he made adjustments to what was in my head in order to make it functional! I couldn't be happier! I still have some work to do, but I plan on updating "after" pics. THANK YOU, Drew!

The owner, Andrew Cope, is an anti DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility) individual who is advocating against the library and calling for its funding to be cut based on the library's mission (and duty) to be a place where everyone is welcomed. I'm sure there's plenty of people who are okay with this, especially in southern chester county, but if you care about your neighbors from all backgrounds and abilities, avoid this business. Don't give your business to someone who actively discriminates against BIPOC and defunding libraries.

COPE Construction Renovation is top notch. Had a roof leak and rain gutter issues on the town house. I called, got a very reasonable estimate and had the repairs done. They were very courteous and professional. Drew and the team are amzing! he walked us through each detail of repairs. He took photos and video of work performed and existing condition so he could show us what going on on our 30 Plus year old roof. I would definitely recommend them. Exceptional And Honest.Thank you.
