Spoke to Steven when someone reversed into is & within 24 hours we had a hire car & our car was in the body shop. He talked us through all the steps & very pleased we were able to get the payment for the car & but it back from salvage. I cannot recommend this company enough. The day after my accident I was passed over to Stephen who done an exceptional job of taking over this claim, he dealt with absolutely EVERYTHING. He had a van delivered to my home the next day, mine was picked up by recovery, he done ALL of the paperwork and made ALL the relevant phone calls throughout the whole process, what an AMAZING service, completely hassle free !!!
