We have multiple vehicles,multiple households within our family,that come to this 3A location.WE ARE SO GRATEFUL for their services, their patience, their knowledge and willingness to discuss our vehicles with us,versus rushing vehicles in and out (if there are rush moments, we have yet to experience it on the customer end) so very thankful for Marisol and her communication skills, her kindness, patience and willingness to truly help out. UPDATE 03/18/2026: 3A automotive & Diesel is my go to place for resolution with our vehicles service is Absolutely 💯 Kirk is great! Mechanics great (wish I knew their names)! Marisol keeping us straight forward great! 🐾🐾I’m late writing this review, hubby was in hospital. Need to share our experience with 3A Automotive & Diesel. We are retired, my first impression was talking to Kirk (Captain Kirk) he listened to this old lady’s history of service and loss of a great Service Advisor. Kirk, did not shudder from the million questions I had asked. Made the initial encounter over the phone feel honest worthy discussion, so I made an appointment. Hubby took our truck, was driven home by owners Dad retired now, hubby had a great conversation and happy with my choice! 2nd encounter valuable! My vehicle Dodge 3500 Diesel, worked with Kirk (Captain Kirk) on initial issue, plus added some maintenance needs after great service, mapped out what I additional wanted but had a strict budget, so glad I found this shop, been hunting for a while after losing a great service advisor, he moved. Trust is everything to us more these days especially! I wish I could remember the other young man’s name (getting old) I talked to when Kirk was busy during our time, he was a great fill in too! Both young men were thoughtful, listened and professional. I recently had an oil change that I prepaid at a different automotive site, not a word from the service advisor or disinterest in our concern with quality of their oil. 3A Automotive & Diesel was total opposite experience, it easy to share and ask lots of questions. Plus warranty 3 years, YEAH! 🐾🐾

Oh My Gosh!! Am I SATISFIED?? I AM DELIRIOUS!!Everything went exactly as you said.~ I was looking for price quotes locally.~ You quoted the estimate of repair cost. ~ ~ You suggested I needed new tires, before the repair...~ A solid 3 months later,we scheduled the appointment, which last minute, I was forced to change....but NO problem. You took me in earlier.~ Work was completed within your estimate of time.~ Cost was within your quote..~ I was dropped off & picked up at home.How more perfect could this transaction have been? 💯% Perfection!This was work that I deemed necessary for my car , since I purchased this car, knowing it would be my last car that I bought; why? I was early 70's when I bought it... how much longer will I be driving? We'll see..

3A is where we take all our work vehicles and our personals as well. They do anything from oil changes to inspections and have done a full brake job on my Explorer. They are efficient, on time, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly! Pricing is fair as well. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to take their vehicle for routine maintenance or even a larger project.

Everyone there is so friendly they make you feel like you're part of the family! Every time I have them work on my vehicle I do price match and they've always come in lower! Awesome awesome company!
