After approaching BFIt several times before buying a 6 week course for beginners, I have just received an email to say I have reached 100 sessions as a member. As someone who has never exercised and really hated the thought of it, I couldn't have chosen a better place than BFit to start my 50s fitness. The friendly expertise, support and guidance from trainers and fellow members makes it (almost) painless! I am building strength, flexibility, increasing all range of movements and improving my balance. My aging body has protested at times to the sudden uptake of regular exercise, but by continuing to be consistent and following advice from the trainers I've kept going and learnt how to exercise safely, supporting my joints and muscles.Here's to the next 100!
