Going training/ to a gym is something that filled me with fear and exercise was definitely not on my agenda. Having already lost a huge amount of weight I wanted to start becoming fitter, stronger, healthier and to continue the weight loss journey. I followed BFit on social media since January 2025 and liked the ethos and their style of training and finally plucked up the courage to take myself way out of my comfort zone in May. I have recently completed my 6 week trial and I'm as shocked as all of my friends & family are when I say I've actually enjoyed it and have now taken out a full membership.All of the trainers are great, supportive and encouraging and in just 6 weeks I'm really pleased with how far I've come and my confidence is getting better with each session I attend. I also like the booking app which allows me to book and change slots around my job.I just wish there was a second fitness studio on the west side of the city to save me travel time.If you're still undecided about joining I can't reiterate enough, just go for it, start a trial and see how you get on
