Cynthia is one of few who provides this service- her before and after photos on her website convinced me to give it a try and it looks great! The pigment actually stuck this time *yay*. She even covered up other peoples bad work and the end result looks awesome. It looks so natural. I was very careful to let her know i didn't want too thick eyebrows - she showed me the outline before starting to make sure I was happy. I like that she included me in the decision making. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her. She is THE BEST! Don't let anyone else touch your face. Btw she does microblading and ombre eyebrows too if you're into that.
