There aren’t words to describe how thankful I am to have found Helen. I do wish I’d found her 30 years ago though. My 1st appt was one month ago and we worked on my sugar addiction. I had hoped it would work, but I have tried so many other ways to lose weight that I had given up expecting results. I can say that the work Helen and I did on that 1st appt has Absolutely Worked!!! I do still have days when a sugar treat sounds great, but I just don’t act on the idea like I used to do. I feel like I am in control of my eating now instead of the sugar addiction. It’s a great feeling. Thank you Helen.

Great experience really helped change my perspective

It’s not whether or not you should seek the healing provided by Helen Krsul, it is a must for anyone seeking healing from mental health. Enthusiastically recommended.

I originally saw Helen for help with making driving in the morning much easier. I usually get frustrated with the traffic and the extra lights they added in, so taking my daughter to school in the morning in a different city was very stressful. After asking Helen to help with my emotions in the mornings, so I can feel less stressed and less frustrated, I find that even after a couple months after our first session, I still feel WAY less of these emotions in the morning! My mornings have been way easier ever since seeing her!

After one session with Helen, I was able to leave her office understanding a deep-rooted core trauma. I have been focused on healing for three years; suffering from an unresolved (unknown) pre-communication childhood trauma as well as 20 years of military service. My service consisted of 10 combat deployments. Helen helped me access a core memory from the age of 3 mo. old and made suggestions to resolve the subconscious attachment issue that presented itself in every relationship as an adult. I would highly recommend you visit Helen if you feel like something is holding you back from being able to live a happy life.

Helen Krsul, at True Life Harmony, is simply wonderful. Having never been hypnotized before I went somewhat skeptical of the benefit that I would receive. I am recovering from a near fatal accident from late 2021 and have been receiving treatments from Helen since early Aug 2022. Physical therapy and doctors while helping me in my recovery, have been able to do nothing for the tingling and numbness to in my hands, feet and thighs. To my surprise from the very first session the numbness and tingling has been noticeably with each session. Additionally, Helen has also helped me address some childhood trauma as well. I highly recommend Helen Krsul, and True Life Harmony.

I originally went it with issues regarding bad dreams. Considering dreams are associated with the sub conscious, I'd figure hypnotherapy would be a worthwhile adventure. I can confidently say, after ~3 months since my trip, my original concern with my nightmares has been minimal ever since. 10/10 worth trying something different!
