I'm in my 40s and this is the first gym/workout I've ever enjoyed this much. I actually look forward to it. It's such a positive environment and it really gives you such a good workout. They will match your level while pushing you the perfect amount. I especially love it as a woman because the impact in the workouts are good for my bone density.

My wife and I have been going to this place since October of 2025 and we love it! The workouts are great and always change each day. I feel great after each workout I do and ready for the next time. Ramin is awesome!

Ahhhhhh there’s so much I want to say about 9 round! Absolutely love the team! Ramin (the owner) he is absolutely one of the best coaches I have ever worked with! Jero (the other trainer) is a beast! Don’t get caught in the gym alone lol he will focus his workout on you; bammm you will get the best workout of your life! He is great! You become a part of the family at this gym , they push you, they challenge you! Thank you for being my home away from home!

If you work a regular 9–5 or 8–4 schedule, this place might not be the best fit since it gets really crowded before and after those hours. The space is pretty small and for nearly $200 it doesn’t feel worth it! YOU barely get time with the trainers and they’re often too busy with the number of people.

I can't say enough about Ramin the owner, Jero and the rest of the personal trainers at 9Rounds RSM. If you're looking for a great workout and a place that cares about your goals and encourages you to show up, 9Rounds RSM is it! I have been a member for a couple years and like many, I am consistent for months and then I stop for one life reason or another. Ramin reaches out to see where you've been and pushes you to come back. Recently, I stopped for 7 months and was amazed that Ramin still reached out multiple times to ask when I was coming back and by doing so gave me the extra push I needed to start back up again. He truly could have just kept collecting my monthly membership fee and never reach out - but that is what separates them from the rest. Furthermore, if you express specific goals they will do their best to alter some of the work outs when possible. Thank you Ramin and Jero for the support and always pushing me!

Went to this 9 Rounds most of last year and loved it. Ramin, the owner is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Also enjoyed working with both trainers Montana and Jero. Would highly recommended this place for a great workout and to improve technique. Was sad to stop going due to moving for work. But was so happy to be told at the new place I got a strong foundation. I’ve always struggled to be consistent with working out. I get bored or lazy or something in between. 9Round has changed that completely. The workouts are different every day, the trainers are all so helpful and encouraging and if you stop showing up they actually reach out and ask when you’re coming back. It’s like a little family and I could not recommend it more highly.
