The gentleman inside of this store was extremely patient and kind to a customer that I stood there and watch betrayed him. It was absolutely embarrassing for me as a as a human being to watch one person treat another person like that she had come in to get her phone repaired. The original price was 195. The gentleman offered her a $54 credit and she was pretty much extremely upset because he wouldn’t take an additional $10 off for a coupon that she had. He’s trying to explain to her that I can’t give you a double coupon and she’s just going on and on and on of our Customer Service and I I watched the man not physically but mentally step back when he realize that there was just no reasoning with this person so kudos to the team over here at CPR cell phone repair in McDonough. They’ve got my business.

I recently brought in a defunct Samsung Galaxy S7, as it turned out, the motherboard was fried and a repair would have been cost-prohibitive. CPR associate Andre did NOT charge me anything for the diagnostic, which was nice. Also, the store carries ZAGG brand screen protectors and cases, my preferred brand.
