I thought I had a squirrel in my attic. I called and was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly. They came out and determined it was a mouse problem. They were very professional and kind. Advised me to work with my regular pest control to deal with the mice. Also pointed out some additional items that could become potential issues down the road.

Nature Shield installed a barrier for our shed and removed a yellow jacket nest next to our walkway. Nature Shield is effective and easy to work with. The barrier looks robust and inconspicuous. The yellow jackets are gone and the surrounding area is unharmed. In trying to find a company to do this work, Nature Shield was the only one I found that could help with the specific challenge instead of offering to spray everywhere and on a regular basis. Nature Shield’s approach allows me to support wildlife and keep the home safe.

We had a run-in with a pesky squirrel who decided chewing through a dormer was a good idea. We found the solution and these guys were prompt, polite, up front about everything and did exactly what we needed for a 40 foot up problem in a tall 4 floor townhome. We will definitely recommend them! Great help also on recommendations for a hot crawlspace we need to get them to get done, as their solution will be something we’ve dreaded until they had a better answer to keep it cool. Do not hesitate, just go with them as they will not give you any surprises at all.

Had a great experience with Barrett at Nature Shield. He was quick to respond to our initial request and clearly outlined the options for handling our groundhog issue. He ended up doing some exclusion work for us. Barrett was patient with our many questions from start to finish, and his recommendations were practical and cost sensitive.

My wife and I had just come home from the hospital with a newborn baby when we heard buzzing behind our master bedroom wall. Within a few hours Yellowjackets had chewed through the drywall and entered our master bedroom. It was horrifying we went through multiple contractors before finding nature shield wildlife. They were the only company with the skills and knowledge of how to solve the problem. They safely removed the nest and And gave us peace of mind. The pricing was fair and our service tech put us at ease. Highly recommend.
