Nature Shield Wildlife Removal and Pest Control did an incredible job, and I cannot recommend James highly enough! We had a complicated case with a mother raccoon and four mobile babies that kept moving from our walls, to the attic, and into the soffits.James provided a fast response to our initial call and promptly got to work. Because the mother resisted the standard eviction fluid, and because the babies were already mobile, chasing them through the walls and soffits made them extremely hard to locate and extract. James showed incredible persistence, knowledge, and professionalism. He kept us completely informed and remained friendly throughout the entire process.The mother and babies were safely extracted, reunited, and released together. To ensure we won’t have this issue again, James repaired and reinforced the main entry hole, secured all other vulnerable areas on the roof, and sanitized the attic space.Nature Shield provided exceptional service, and I highly recommend them for any wildlife removal needs.
