I felt comfortable as Elizabeth would explain what products and next steps she would take prior to doing them and applying them to my face. A firm yet gentle touch even when it came to the extractions. It felt really satisfying to take a look at my glowing skin after the facial was down. 10/10 would really recommend trying out either the waxing or facials here.
