I want to take this moment to brag on Alec. This was my first time selling a home, and everything felt so new. Alec held our hand through the whole thing and alleviated the stress. He was so prompt to reply to any questions and concerns and advised us along the way. His advice was solid and he sold our home immediately during our first open house. He even stayed late after the open house to talk to the buyers. In fact, there were several late nights where he stayed up to file counter offers and take care of business.
