Very disappointed in this place. Me and my daughter have been going here for the past two years that we have lived nearby. The last time we went in November for my daughter’s birthday, she requested a certain type of braids, which they assured me three times that they can do they even asked me to show them a picture again once I got in, When they first started, you could tell that it was nothing like the picture so they then tell me that I could just do the ends at home Which was completely absurd I’m paying you for a service and I’m not a hairstylist period so that’s not something I can do We ended up having to get something not even close my daughter was extremely upset! Even cried, they apologized to me because my daughter was very upset since this was her birthday braids They assured me that if I came back that would give us a discount After convincing her to go back, I just went to book another appointment and yes, they gave a discount….of $20. (Which honestly was STILL more than we’ve paid previously. This was a complete slap in the face. Needless to say we won’t be back! Less

Came here for a retwist and my hair was pulled out while they were inner locking it and I didn’t ask for them to inner lock it!

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Immediately coming in these women were rude. Took my daughter to get her hair braided for her birthday, had called ahead for an appointment and a quote. Still had to wait and was being charged 3 times what I was originally told. When I told the lady my daughter has had her hair done before and what we paid she said she would give me discount. She started braiding her hair but you could tell she was mad and not taking her time . She was pulling out my daughters hair and it just looked awful which she fixed by adding ridiculous amounts of gel. These people were trying to take advantage of us and treated us like we are dumb. If you are any other race than African American stay away.. They will not give you quality and service and will try to rob you. Ridiculous! Less
