Just left the braiding shop with my daughter. She got a knotless bob. The service was great, and the ladies were very nice and accommodating. They kept checking in with my daughter to see how she was doing. I will be back; this was a first-time visit. We will be back.Also, the shop was very clean.

ATTENTION:This shop SWITCHED THE “HUMAN HAIR” I BOUGHT FOR SOME FAKE KANEKALON HAIR.REFUSED TO ADMIT IT AND KEPT MY MONEY WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ON THE ISSUE. Rude and unprofessional treatment.Poor installation of overall style was damaging to my own hair and had to remove all of from my head in fear of breakage. I forgot to write a review, when my braider relocated I was looking for a place closer. I went to another place and was not satisfied at all with the quality of work. Then this place was recommended and I can say they have me a customer now. The quality of work is beyond and above. The professional and friendly service from Fatu was exactly what I was looking for! I will most definitely go back over and over again and again. I hope I spelled her name correctly ❤️

BEWARE: THEY STOLE MY HUMAN HAIR AND REPLACED WITH FAKE HAIR. I TRIED TO SHOW THE OWNER BUT SHE STUCK WITH THE LIE THAT HER NEICE WAS INNOCENT…I WAS STANDING THERE WITH PIECES IN MY HAND AND HEAD. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THE STYLE WAS LOOKING GOOD— I EVEN COMPLIMENTED THEM, THINKING IT WAS ALL ALRIGHT. THEN BY DAY 3 it started to go flat and limp…I REMOVED ONE TO DISCOVER I HAD BEEN THE VICTIM OF THEFT. The hair was mixed with kanekalon synthetic hair.OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS I RETURNED BUT WAS STILL TREATED LIKE IT WAS NOT TRUE. I LOST MY MONEY BUT HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE.
