Extremely disappointing experience with Power House Martial Arts.The most frustrating part is that I received multiple messages confirming my appointment and asking me to confirm that I would attend. I rearranged my work schedule, left my office early, and spent nearly 30 minutes driving through heavy traffic to get there on time.When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. I was instructed via text to go downstairs and wait by the sign-in tablet, where I was told someone would meet me shortly. I waited for more than 40 minutes and nobody ever came.During that entire time, no staff member checked on me, introduced themselves, explained the delay, or even asked whether I needed assistance. Students were leaving the facility, yet nobody seemed aware that I was there waiting for a scheduled evaluation.I repeatedly followed up by text and was continuously told that someone would come "shortly" or that the team would be notified. Despite those assurances, nobody showed up before I finally left.This was not just a delay—it was a complete failure in communication, coordination, and basic customer service. If you are going to confirm appointments multiple times, you should at least be prepared to meet the person when they arrive.My time was completely wasted, and the experience showed a serious lack of respect for prospective students and working professionals. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Power House Martial Arts.

It’s been over 3 months since I started training at Powerhouse Dojo, and I can genuinely say it’s been a transformative journey. The space feels welcoming, focused, and full of energy. Sensei Ramin creates an environment that’s both disciplined and encouraging. His teaching style is clear, motivating, and grounded in deep knowledge; he pushes you to improve both physically and mentally. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more focused, and more confident. The structure of the classes is well thought out — blending technique, fitness, and self-defence, while also emphasizing respect and mindfulness. Highly recommend it for kids, adults, and families alike!
