I'd highly recommend Jimmy Pipes Plumbing. They arrived on time, explained what they needed to do, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Only needed a pressure vavle installed on my water tank to increase water pressure.

This company puts up a big front. When you first hire them you believe that they are honest. I hired them to replace my faucet ( which I paid for ), and replace the drain assembly . So when the top part came apart under the sink I immediately called Jimmy Pipe'sand left a voice message since it was this past Sunday Aug 9th 2026. I immediately received a text message from James. I explained to him the situation with pictures and he replied to me this happens on occasions , he then told me that he could come out on Monday, August 10 of 2026 at 8 AM so now it’s around 8:30 and no one showed up so I texted James back and he replied back. Oh, I’m not coming it’s Tyler.Tyler showed up at my home and immediately looked under my sink and said that that the whole unit underneath needs to be replaced around $500 and I replied back absolutely not. I told him all you have to do is push the black hose up into the white hose. His reply back was” well, if I touch it, it’s gonna cost at least $250” my reply back was absolutely not.This kid that Jimmy pipes hired tried to tell me that I never paid for anything underneath my sink . I had to call my bank at Rockland Trust to prove that I did pay $594 to Jimmy Pipes, but he did not care , nor the owner Jimmy.I finally did contact Jimmy the owner who was extremely rude to me while his other partner the young kid Tyler and yes even James kept messaging me that I hired the prior worker named Kyle after hours …. This is such a fall accusation and it’s disgusting that this business is still existing. I hope people truly think about hiring this company. Yes, they may seem nice to you. Yes, they will take your money, but don’t trust them when something goes wrong. They are corrupt all the way and I have all my messages saved. I have all the disturbing messages from them falsely accusing me of lies..how dare they. Am I mad? Absolutely. The positive outcome was my Landscaper came over and I explained to him what I just went through and he asked if he could come into my house and look under my sink and guess what he fixed it and not even two minutes not even a minute actually. Please people be aware of this company

The plumbers that came to my house were extremely friendly and punctual. They fixed my main valve quickly even though it was a tricky old pipe. So grateful for these guys!

this company was very quick to answer my request for service . Let us know what needed to be done and price was very fare for what was involved. Would hire his company again and refer him to other customers.
