Received a letter in the mail with a picture of my house on it for an insurance quote, disturbing to be honest to print a picture of someone’s house on the outside of the envelope. I called to be taken off the mailing list and expressed my concern to the woman who answered the phone (not Angie however it was her name and info attached to the quote) and I was told “it’s public information regarding the house” still weird! I don’t care if it’s public information it freaked me out and I didn’t appreciate it. No “I’m sorry about that” just straight to defending it. No one likes getting random offers in the mail, I already have home owners insurance. I didn’t appreciate how I was talked to on the phone or having Angie mail out Allstate quotes to try and rack up business.

Ally was absolutely fantastic!! Went beyond what I expected. She took care of everything, a quote I could work with financially, called my old insurance provider to cancel policy and even call my apartment office to see what name they needed on renters policy.
