Received a letter in the mail with a picture of my house on it for an insurance quote, disturbing to be honest to print a picture of someone’s house on the outside of the envelope. I called to be taken off the mailing list and expressed my concern to the woman who answered the phone (not Angie however it was her name and info attached to the quote) and I was told “it’s public information regarding the house” still weird! I don’t care if it’s public information it freaked me out and I didn’t appreciate it. No “I’m sorry about that” just straight to defending it. No one likes getting random offers in the mail, I already have home owners insurance. I didn’t appreciate how I was talked to on the phone or having Angie mail out Allstate quotes to try and rack up business.

I've had a wonderful experience with the Harmony Agency. I have had a lot of changes this year and they were able to help me out right away with them all. I have worked a lot with Ryan these past few months and I really appreciate his quick adjustments and response to my needs. I have also worked with Megan and she too has been very helpful and responses quickly to my needs. I can't thank them enough for all their help!

Just finished setting up our insurance with Ally at the Harmony Agency with Allstate. They have fantastic customer service and are all very professional. Our coverage was greatly improved! If you’re in the market for a new policy or looking to transfer over all of your policies from another provider like we did, do not hesitate to get ahold of Ally!

Ally was friendly and took the time out to explain all of the different coverages concerning my auto and home insurance.

Ally was absolutely fantastic!! Went beyond what I expected. She took care of everything, a quote I could work with financially, called my old insurance provider to cancel policy and even call my apartment office to see what name they needed on renters policy. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend her to others. She was the best!!

We recently worked with Ally Soule at The Harmony Group for our homeowners and auto insurance needs. Ally is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and has excellent follow-up. She took the time to walk us through our policies in detail and gave us some good recommendations. You can tell she is dedicated to her job (and company) and truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Ally for your insurance needs.

Meghan Collins has been a breath of fresh air. Through all the processes and questions and complications I brought to the table, she was always able to find solutions. I made one mistake and left the company for a lower cost and suffered the consequences of a level of service that was matching cost……low. I contacted Meghan and she took care of us again

Ally Soule with the Harmony Agency was a pleasure to talk to and to work with. She was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. And, she actually took the time to explain the different policies in terms I could understand. Something that no other agent has ever done for me. I highly recommend Ally, and the Harmony Agency.
