The service today was terrible. While my smoothie was in the blender, the young woman waited on another customer; she left my smoothie sitting there and prepared the order for the customer behind me. And that’s not all—she started chatting while I was waiting for my drink. Then she served it to me without the caramel syrup. My orden was a regular caramel shake. 😞I pay for a complete smoothie and have always received good service, but today’s employee clearly doesn't like her job. Very poor service.

All the drinks we've tried here are very flavorful and hydrating. Love the service. Everyone is very kind and helpful in case you have questions about the menu. I love how immaculate the environment is as well.

This place is amazing! The owner and her team are awesome. They do a great job remembering everyone’s names and their orders, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone has an incredible experience. They’re personable, friendly, and if you’re ever unsure what to order, they give you great recommendations. The owner also goes above and beyond every week, having her team make premade teas that we can take home and prepare ourselves. I can’t say enough good things about this small business. All the drinks taste amazing, and every visit keeps me coming back for more.

I left this morning without my routinely black tea. So I decided to try out dis "tea" place. 1. no drive thru, ugh, missing lots of biz. 2. They have no TEA. WTH? I am just as confused as you all are reading this. WHEN WILL WE ADDRESS THIS? HUH? I found this out by ordering a hot black tea, splenda of course. THEY DON'T HAVE IT SIS!!! Change your marketing. These are basically virgin irish trash cans, who wants that. So dizzapointing. I need my tea and I felt invalidated when I went to order and got nothing but looks. Catch me ouside with a tea from Startbucks!
