Really enjoyed this experience! Konstantin did a great job creating a comfortable environment where everyone could relax and feel at ease. The meditation was guided in a very clear and approachable way, so even as a beginner I found it easy to follow along without feeling lost or out of place. It was a really welcoming and grounding experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who is curious about breathwork.

I had a great experience breathing with Constantine! From the very beginning, I felt supported and completely at ease due to his calm presence. Constantine created a safe space that was beautifully set up with candles; he took his time to explain the process and thoughtfully guided the practice. After the session tonight I am feeling more grounded, refreshed and connected.Great location between downtown and the west end as well!

Konstantin is great at what he does, he created an amazing atmosphere to experience the deep work I needed to reconnect with myself.

As a long-time practitioner of somatic psychotherapy, I can say that SOMA breath work has been absolutely beneficial to incorporate into my practice. Konstantin is knowledgeable and supportive, and I look forward to our next session together!

Konstantin’s breathwork was an incredibly grounding experience. He created a space where I felt comfortable enough to really drop in, let go, and feel secure in myself. I walked away feeling more present, connected, and at ease. Highly recommend experiencing one of his sessions.
