Folks, if you’re tired of your senses being assaulted on Saturday night by the loud basing music coming from this event center than the owner is Cesar, he owns Cochrane‘s Café. I have complained for more than a year about the noise pollution coming from this facility so if you’re tired of being assaulted until the early morning by the sounds emanating from there, stop spending money and ask them to Abide by the city ordinances imposed by the city, whom will not enforce it by the way or just stop spending your money at either one of his businesses and maybe he’ll just go onto another town I have requested on mini occasions to him directly to keep the sound down but tonight I went and spoke to him directly at the event center, and he told me whatever when I asked him to turn it down. It was after 1 o’clock in the morning and he said whatever do you want people conducting businesses in your town who say whatever when you tell them they are assaulting your senses by violating the city ordinances oh, and by the way, living directly behind his event center, literally on his back fence is a row of residential homes. A mother and husband of three kids lives in one of those, and I can’t understand the level of disrespect that’s Cesar is showing to the people who have made him who he is by buying His food and then at night he assault you with sound that permeates your Home. I’ve asked for help, but I’m a 53-year-old white man who’s a disabled veteran apparently my life has already been too privileged to deserve help or for the law to be enforced on my behalf so if anyone else out there can get something done about this I would be greatly appreciated. Not that anyone owes me anything but we do Owe each other, the respect of allowing each other to live by and enjoy the privileges of the constitution which afforded us the right to a peace and tranquil existence, and a quinceanera blasting its music into my House until one and 2 o’clock in the morning Is not my idea of peace Or tranquility
