The color is truly breathtaking—bright, dimensional, and exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, she gave me a layered cut that is bouncy, wispy, and so flattering—I honestly haven’t had a cut this good in years!Not only is Whitney incredibly talented, but she’s also so personable and kind.
