I did not receive a hot towel and soon as she finished painting my toes I noticed the acrylic was lumpy and she didn’t drill them down to make them smooth. She took the polish off of the 2 big toes and drilled them down and re painted them. Then I noticed she painted my two big toes and tried to cover the cut and blood with the white nail polish!!! I told her I didn’t like it and she just left it and said she had to do that to cover the blood. She then charged me full price and I left !! 10 minutes later I get home and the acrylic on the big toe had lifted and came completely off and 2 of my small toes polish was completely off !! I went back and she didn’t apologize all she did was give me $10 back for just the big toes after I had already paid $45 !!!! I took the 10 and just left NEVER AGAIN AVOID GOING HERE BY ANY MEANS!!! Everyone there does a beautiful job. Manicures, pedicures, eyelashes! All professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I asked for a cloud pattern and the pattern has tiny dots where he didn't fill in the cloud so it looks nothing like the picture I showed him. Made 3 of my fingers bleed cutting back the cuticle.
