Wonderful peaceful getaway spot with a fantastic fenced yard for dogs!We had a lovely short stay at this beautiful property. The home is gorgeous inside and out, with a peaceful setting that was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight. Our dogs absolutely loved the large fenced yard—they had a blast roaming and exploring freely.The area feels wonderfully quiet and relaxing, and the lake view from the property was a charming bonus. We didn’t get to use all the amenities since we spent most of our time with family nearby in Keystone Heights, but the house served perfectly as a comfortable base for the night.Thank you for hosting us! We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a pet-friendly, serene escape in the Melrose area. 😊

I had a great stay and would happily recommend this property. It was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed.The only minor drawbacks were that the advertised Nespresso machine wasn’t there and the microwave wasn’t working when I arrived. Thankfully, I had packed my own machine (yes, I’m one of those people who travels with a ☕️ machine!), so disaster was averted. To pay it forward, I left some Nespresso pods behind for future guests to enjoy. The microwave issue was also resolved by the host within a few days, which I appreciated.Overall, it was a lovely stay in a well-presented property with a host who clearly cares about their guests’ experience.

We had a great stay. The hot tub and fireplace really made our days, and the fire logs were a nice surprise. Our child also enjoyed playing with the toys.It was too dry this week to use paddle boat, but that’s understandable and didn’t affect our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a peaceful place and a unique living space- I traveled with my husband and a 3, 2 & 6month old. While the space was as described and pleasant, there weren’t as many safety features for the littles as I was hoping. Particularly no interior doors for living spaces and the upstairs area had openings that curious toddlers could topple down. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. We brought a baby gate and thankful we did! Would recommend other young families to do the same. We had a wonder time, it was clean, beautiful & peaceful.

Our stay was awesome. It was the first time we took our dog on vacation and he loved being able to run around the yard. He didn’t like the stairs much but that’s something we just figured out lol.

Quaint, quiet place to stay, very clean and well kept. Hosts are very engaged and work hard to keep guests happy. If you don't have a nice stay here, you've probably got unrealistic expectations.

Combine those assets with imaginative & entertaining attractions both inside and outside: suspended pocket hammocks; fire pits (complementary "S'mores fixins'"!); hot tub; variety of yard games & inside games. We were awed by crisp views of moon, planets and stars - accompanied by sounds of happy tree toads & vocal nightingales. Come experience the unique orientation of the fun and thought-full A Frame. Wonderful amenities and many many thoughtful details at this lovely A-frame. We especially loved the hot tub, hammocks, quiet starry nights, and kids toys. However, we were not impressed with the location. Though the home felt safe (gate and security system), the area was not at all inviting. We traveled to some springs nearby that were wonderful but wouldn't stay here again as a homebase for our adventures.

Beautiful getaway and had all the baby things we needed so we could pack light! Very relaxing getaway and a short drive to activities. We loved just sitting outside and going on the paddle boat! We will be coming back!

Super cute area but not worth the price in my opinion.. 374 dollars for 18 hours (4p-10a) and then get emails trying to push us out before the allowed 10am checkout.. The propane fireplace didn’t work.. bring your own wood and expect a hidden fee of a $1000 hold on your card or $42 non refundable damage coverage, even though AirBnB says all fees included.. The hot tub was perfect, bed comfortable, cute and cozy vibes in a quiet neighborhood 🫶🏽

This was our first date in 3 years without kiddos. From the Rooster crowing 🐓 in the morning watching the sun rise in the hot tub, to the full moon rising also in the hot tub this was a perfect quiet secluded space for the coldest day to hit Florida! Cassandra and Alex were extremely attentive to our questions, everything in the house for light switches are labeled and all instructions are very clear. It was too windy to have a fire, but its a wonderful set up for a nice evening in the "chillier" months in Florida. The Pond was bery low considering its January but in the summer months it will be full for people to visit- and they have a paddle boat, or canoe/kayak it looked like for you to enjoy! Just bring sweeter spray cause its Florida! The little Aframe was such a delight, we traveled to palatka for church sunday morning then went to paynes prarie preserve to see the wild buffalo. It sat perfectly in the middle of both locations and was like our own private cabin on a lake!

Cozy retreats is extremely knowledgeable in the Poconos and has extensive vendor resources. I had multiple serious emergency repairs and their deep connections got everything repaired in a timely manner without disturbing any of my guests or resulting in lost income. If you're in the market for a property manager in the Poconos you would be well suited for them to take care of your home and investment. Can't recommend them enough!

Great location and such a relaxing stay! The house has everything you need, making it easy to feel right at home. It was peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. Alex and Cassandra were incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and a highlight of our stay.
