I have been attending reformer pilates weekly since November 2025. I have had such a wonderful experience with these classes. Both Imani and Sarah run great reformer classes and demonstrate exactly what you need to do. The sessions are always well structured and perfectly balanced between challenging and enjoyable.

After struggling with my calves letting me down on numerous occasions . Sarah’s advice and treatment has been brilliant . Getting back to being able to do some sports without a constant worry of injury has been fantastic . Would highly recommend
