Blue Rain Car Wash on Highway 280 and Highway 119 is in my opinion the best car wash in my area. They give excellent service and offer specials to their customers. Employees are pleasant and helpful. AAA+ Business!

A few weeks ago, I took my car to Blue Rain Pelham car wash and saw paint chips right after. I returned the very next day to file an incident report with the onsite manager Rodney. He said I would hear from him the next day which would have been a Friday. Fast forward to June, this company has ignored my concerns for weeks with no response. I returned to the location asking for an update from the onsite manager and he rudely just hands me a phone from who I’m assuming the owner. He’s no better and very dismissive of the damage and blames everyone but his workers for using too powerful of pressure washers on cars.I would advise against using this car wash company if you have a car in really good condition. They will not accept responsibility for the damage. This wasn’t handled properly or professionally. They also have filtered their reviews, do not trust this company.

An update to the young men who helped me push start my car at aldis!It DID turn out to be the starter sticking as one of the young men suspected. I wanted him to know that his mechanical prowess was correct even when the symptoms didn’t fully match the diagnosis.It took a bit to get around to troubleshooting and avoiding going places to figure it out but he was right!
