Rodger helped me get back into fitness. I caught myself getting winded climbing stairs and struggling to lift things that were easy a few years ago.
I signed up for a challenge and he listened to my goals, pointed out a few more I hadn't thought of, and came up with a plan over the 6 weeks of the challenge.
The personal service, sense of community, and constant positive vibes made me feel comfortable while working to achieve my goals. The attention to nutrition and diet was also something I didn't expect.
I recommend Rodger to anyone who doesn't know where to start, or whose old work out habits aren't exciting anymore.
