Best Experience I have had ever with a personal trainer I don’t feel overwhelmed at all. Rodger has been super patient with me when I have questions on how to do something and doesn’t make me feel dumb for asking. I have been to other personal trainers in the past in commercial gyms and could never stick with it because it’s always just a copy and paste kinda plan but not here, It’s completely tailored to fit you he will assess where you’re at and start on your level and if something is too hard or painful he’ll change your routine to something you can do! And doesn’t make you feel less for not being able to do something.Also love the small gym atmosphere and your never gonna be overcrowded with the small group of up to 4 people great for me because I’m super Self-conscious and insecure. So I can do my work out and not worry about people looking at me or judging. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here and go find out for yourself Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!!!
