A few months ago I realized that my roof was going to need replacing when it rained both inside and outside of my house. I came home from church the next day and immediately put bull/roof sealant on the suspected areas and a few others that looked iffy. I had also asked for recommendations while at church, as well as had called a few other local friends. I was given some reputable roofers and began calling for quotes. I had studied roofing materials prior to making the first few calls and knew that I wanted the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles. The first quote in, then the second. They were rather close together in price and while in my search for the best shingle for my needs, I had also learned that the manufacturer had local certified contractors. This meant you'd get an entire roofing system per the manufacturer, using their preferred tried and true materials all installed without shortcuts. Not saying any of the other contractors might have done things any differently, but when the manufacturer certifies a company as a platinum installer, that means the manufacturer stands behind their work and trusts them to do it right. I had seen a local company on the manufacturer's site that was platinum certified. So I asked a local friend and he said the owner and his company were top notch. A few days later Jeff, the owner came out and took a look. He was very personable, super friendly, so much so that I felt like we had known one another for quite some time. Truthfully, I figured that I would be spinning my wheels as I expected his quote to be a few grand more than the other contractors who had previously quoted my job. Much to my surprise, his quote came in under the others. He verified that he would use all certified materials and the installation processes per the manufacturer's specs and such. A week later materials arrived and the crew came a day or so behind. I hit it off really well with the job supervisor, so much so I learned his nickname that his crew calls him by. The job was completed in a single day, tear off and installation. They took great care to protect my plants and to sweep the lawn for nails afterwards. They even cleaned off my back deck from the fallen leaves while cleaning up the waste from the installation. Bottom line, I could not be any happier. Not only did I get a superior job, but they made me feel like family as well as I made a couple of friends in the area. Don't hesitate to call Alabama Reliable Roofing if you want a timely job done at an excellent price with a guarantee from the manufacturer that your roof was installed correctly.

Smooth process all the way! Josh came out to check our roof’s need. After determining a new roof was needed, he brought shingle samples and gave us addresses in the area with colors we liked so we could see the roofs firsthand. Reggie came out the day before the new roof was put on to note shrubs, etc, and the care needed. Reggie was project manager and was present all day while the new roof was being put on. He made sure all went smoothly; we enjoyed talking to him. Jeff came out after the process was done and checked it out. Alabama Reliable Roofing, we appreciate your hard work on our new roof! Their roofing crew was on my job at 7 a.m. and completely finished by 4:30 p.m. This job was a complete tear off with new felt, flashing and pipe boots. The very next morning, my husband and I scoured the ground for nails, finding very few. Please consider using these good people if you should find yourself in need of a new roof.
