I worked with Drew to build a new sunroom on my house. I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant construction projects I've ever been a part of. I had multiple quotes before starting and it was immediately clear that Drew was honest, thorough, accommodating, and reasonable. Throughout the project, Drew's crews were extremely professional, kept everything clean and tidy, and caused minimal disruption for my family. Pretty impressive considering both my wife and I work from home and have two small children. Don't even bother with anyone else. Call Drew and you'll be in good hands for your project. Our new sunroom is the highlight of our house and I couldn't be happier with it.

Drew and his team from Southern Heritage were incredible! We had a challenging bathroom project and they did a beautiful job, from start to finish. Excellent communication before during and post project. His craftsmen were the best, very meticulous and professional. During this whole project we had a separate but serious problem with our deck and Drew very graciously worked it in and did an incredible job there as well. We highly recommend Drew Kennedy and Southern Heritage for any remodeling you are considering, we won’t ever use anyone else!

Drew and his team are an incredible group of craftsmen. Drew is incredibly communicative and very detailed oriented. Everything we did and didn’t think of was paid attention to. My husband and I were blessed to have worked with such a skilled architect and contractor and his team. Thank you, Drew for everything you did to make our house a home. Thank your team for their incredible hard work, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and kindness. Best wishes, Bob and Jamie Schroetke.

We hired Drew with Southern Heritage to repair our deck. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. Drew constantly supervised the crews he brought in, and quickly and completely took care of any concerns that arose. When we had to delay the start of work (our fault) Drew did not pressure us at all. It was a perfect experience.
